As we conduct rigorous anti-fraud measures to protect our customers, users and those that rely on our service we may collect many types of information from you. Much of the personal data is only collected by positive consent when submitting information in relation to your vehicle. To help you understand what this information is, why we collect it and whether to provide this information to us we have broken it down to two categories.
We may collect and process the following personal data about you:
We may also collect and process non-personal data for use in aggregate form to analyse how our users interact with the website and use that insight to improve its design and navigation. This data cannot be used to identify you. We may collect and process the following anonymised non-personal data: IP address, browser type, click-through statistics, the date/time and operating system.

Users of TrustHub's website wish to either examine the service available from TrustHub or apply to have their vehicle verified by us. Users who wish to examine the service will only have non-personal data collected from them. Users who wish to apply for their car to be verified will be asked for, and consent to the use of, their personal information so that we can make an informed decision on whether to verify their car. Failure to provide this consent will mean we are unable to carry out the verification. Any personal data you supply will be kept confidential and never released to anyone other than you unless required of us by law.
